LaShanté Williams
LaShanté Williams is a natural health advocate with a passion for life, love and laughter. The athlete, model, community activist and business woman devoted over 12 years of her career as an Internal Auditor with Verizon, FedEx and International Paper. In 1999 while pre-planning for marriage and childbirth LaShanté decided to pursue a deeper interest in personal wellness. She soon discovered that one way to achieve wellness is to intentionally focus on nutrition and exercise. LaShanté became a highly regarded natural health resource and speaker in her community. She established A Fresh Approach in 2009 to provide a full range of nutritional solutions to clients through menu planning, nutritional coaching and personal cooking. In addition, she volunteers and enjoys traveling with her family.
Kim Smith
Resiliency and a flair for life characterize the founder and owner of Culinary Choices. Neither a bout with cancer nor a layoff due to a merger could keep her down. Today that same up beat attitude infuses everything Kim touches.

Amanda Hunt is the owner and director of Amanda's Dance Express in Grand Prairie, TX. In addition to her administrative responsibilities she teaches classes in all disciplines and levels. Amanda began her dance training at the age of five and went on to major in Ballet and Modern Dance at Texas Christian University, where she traveled the Southwest Conference performing as a TCU Show Girl.
