Six women meeting monthly to "whine and wine" was the genesis for Miami Bombshells. Over time they realized their deep kinship while discussing life, loss, careers, and the constant struggle to balance family and corporate life. By their definition, "being a Bombshell is more about being COURAGEOUS than CURVACEOUS. It's about tackling your fears, and sharing them so that you can deal, release and move forward.

It's about putting yourself on the top of your To Do list and sometimes even learning to say "no". It's not about abandoning responsibilities, but rather, figuring out how to go about them without driving yourself crazy! It's about balancing your life." I don't think any of us could have said it better.

Amanda Hunt
Amanda Hunt is the owner and director of Amanda's Dance Express in Grand Prairie, TX. In addition to her administrative responsibilities she teaches classes in all disciplines and levels. Amanda began her dance training at the age of five and went on to major in Ballet and Modern Dance at Texas Christian University, where she traveled the Southwest Conference performing as a TCU Show Girl.
